If the customers have collected all the stickers and already make a claim, the admin needs to approve the claim before the admin can reward the customer. To do that, the admin needs to open the claims page by clicking on the Claims item menu on the left sidebar.

At here, you can see all the requested and approved claim list. To approve the customer's claim, click on "Approve claim" then click "OK" when the confirmation dialog popup.

After approved, the claim status will be updated to "Claimed" and you can proceed to give rewards to your beloved customer.
