Who is Attendee?
Attendee is the term used in the system that equivalent with either customer or user that will collecting the sticker and eligible to receive a reward.
Manually add attendee to card
To add the attendee to your card, you need to choose your card then click on the Attendee item menu on sidebar.


You can create the attendee one by one by clicking on the "Create New Attendee" button.

Fill in the name and identification number field then click "Create". Please make sure the Identification is unique for every attendee.

If you have a pretty long list, you can actually export the attendees into Excel file, edit it, then import it back to the attendee list. To do that, first click on the "Export Attendees" button.

Insert all your attendees name and identification number details in the Excel file. The system will ignore the goals column.

After saving the Excel file, go back to the attendee dashboard then click the "Import Attendees". Choose the Excel file then upload.

If the upload was successful, the attendees will be imported to the list.
Automatically add attendee to card.
If the attendee has registered an user account, the attendee will be automatically added to the card when attendee is being scanned.
